I tried a few things suggested other places like setting, etc and was already in right place there. Also some resets and unplugging/replugging. What worked for me was to plug my monitor and peripherals into the D6000 and then attach my WIndows Laptop (Dell XPS). Then run firmware update and driver update/refresh from the Windows machine. Get drivers and downloads for your Dell Dell Universal Dock D6000. Download and install the latest drivers, firmware and software.
